TPATCK screens all users of the commercial kitchen facilities. We can accommodate one-time, single kitchen use, or recurring production. Membership is recommended for those who wish to do recurring monthly production. Food service professionals who want to take advantage of services provided to members only, will be able to select their options on-line or by phone. Non-member reservations require a 2-hour minimum and non-members will need to contact The Cooks' Kitchen directly for reservation assistance. Members have access to the kitchens 24/7 and reservation instructions are provided during orientation. See our "Getting Started" page for steps to begin using our kitchens!
